We are a design-obsessed full service interior design studio focused on creating beautiful and functional homes and workspaces. Based in San Diego, California and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, we design spaces that are artfully layered, thoughtfully curated, and always client-centered. Our architectural and construction knowledge helps us work seamlessly with all trades, but most importantly, we answer our phone, show up to job site meetings, respect timelines, and are responsible stewards of our clients’ money.
Lily Argüelles
Principal designer
Lily Argüelles is the founder and principal of Vivo. Growing up in Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende has shaped her design perspective and continuously serves as an inspiration to create artfully layered spaces with a sense of history and soul. Lily has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Texas State University and is NCIDQ and CCIDC certified. With almost two decades in the design industry, Lily and her team have designed sophisticated spaces for homeowners, corporate headquarters, and law firms. Lily has been drawn to the design world since an early age, drawing floor plans of different layouts of her childhood bedroom without knowing she was on her way to becoming a designer. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two kids.
