Full-service projects typically encompass the design of multiple rooms or an entire home, thoughtfully considering every element, from architectural finishes to the final decorative details. Our team leads the design process from concept through completion, ensuring each layer of the home feels cohesive, intentional, and deeply personal.

We collaborate closely with you, the architect and contractor throughout the project, guiding decisions and refining details so the design vision is carried through seamlessly. During construction, we remain actively involved with regular site visits to review progress and oversee the installation of key elements such as window treatments, wallpaper, specialty finishes, and custom features.

The result is a home that feels considered in every detail and fully realized from the ground up.

FULL SERVICE

The Edit is best suited for smaller scopes of work with little to no construction. It is designed for clients who want to focus primarily on our designs and product selections over project management.

Unlike our Full-Service offering, clients take the lead in coordinating with vendors such as contractors, electricians, and window treatment installers. We provide guidance and resources to help you manage these vendors and remain available to connect with them when needed.

As with our Full-Service projects, we develop detailed budgets and finish schedules to help guide the process, allowing you to execute the design confidently alongside your build team.

As an added service, we can procure all furnishings, and coordinate a final install.

Fee: Based on scope and services needed.

THE DESIGN EDIT

If you’re looking for expert guidance on specific design decisions, a one-time consultation can provide clarity and direction. In this focused session, we can cover:

  • Furniture and décor selection and placement

  • Floor plan and space layout

  • Styling (surfaces, walls, sofas, beds, and more)

  • Recommended stores and brands

  • Paint, wall treatments, and window coverings

  • Cabinetry and built-ins

  • Fixtures and finishes

  • Construction and remodel considerations

Fee: $650 - 2 hour appointment
