DESIGN CONSULTATION -

STANDALONE SESSION

If you’re looking for a fresh perspective, a jump start on your project, or expert guidance on specific design decisions, a one-time consultation can provide clarity and direction. In this focused session, we can cover:

• Furniture and décor selection and placement

• Floor plan and space layout

• Styling (surfaces, walls, sofas, beds, and more)

• Recommended stores and brands

• Paint, wall treatments, and window coverings

• Cabinetry and built-ins

• Fixtures and finishes

• Construction and remodel considerations

Fee: $650 for a 2-hour minimum appointment

FULL SERVICE

DESIGN AND FURNISHINGS

We excel when we’re involved in the design/build process from the beginning. Let us take care of the process from start to finish and create a magazine ready space for you. Whether it’s a renovation project or furnishings project, or both, we got you! These are the steps you can expect on a full service project:

• Deep dive meeting to uncover the design wish list, what is working, what is not and find out how you would like to use the spaces

• Creation of mood boards/concepts. Establishing a solid concept from the beginning is the foundation and guiding principle that we will use as we develop the design

• Design meeting: we will present layouts, finishes, furniture, fixtures and design drawings

• Detailed drawings for bidding and construction: space plans, lighting and power plans, cabinetry plans, elevations, finish plans and schedules

• Furniture and decor procurement and tracking

• Collaboration with contractor during the construction process

• Installation of all furniture

Fee: Based on scope and services needed.
