THE BEST PROJECTS START WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES AS MUCH AS YOU DO.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
For complete renovations + new builds.
A home designed in full - from architectural finishes to the final decorative layer.
The process begins with a deep dive into how you live, what you love, and what the space needs to become. From there, every decision - material, finish, furniture, fixture - is made with intention and carried through to installation.
Lily collaborates directly with architects and contractors throughout, remaining on-site during key construction milestones to ensure the vision holds at every turn.

Every project begins with getting to know you, your home, and how you want to live in the space. Through conversations, site visit/s, and a shared Pinterest board, we'll define both the functional needs and aesthetic direction of the project. We will also capture the existing space in 3D to begin developing preliminary layouts and space planning concepts.
-
With a clear understanding of your goals, we establish the overall direction for the project. During this phase, we explore design concepts, develop preliminary space plans, and create an initial budget framework. When needed, we collaborate with contractors early in the process to ensure the design vision aligns with construction costs.
-
This is where the design starts to take shape. We source and present the key finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials that will define the project, along with drawings and renderings to help you visualize the overall look and feel of the space.
-
Once the design direction is approved, we dive into the details. Selections are finalized, drawings are refined, and specifications are organized into comprehensive packages for your contractor and trades. This phase ensures everyone is working from the same plan before construction and ordering begin.
-
Our team manages the ordering, tracking, and coordination of furnishings, fixtures, and decorative elements. We oversee the procurement process from start to finish, helping ensure everything arrives accurately and on schedule.

Throughout construction, we work closely with your contractor and trades to ensure the design is executed as intended. Once construction is complete, we coordinate the installation of furnishings, artwork, and styling details, bringing the project together in a thoughtful and fully finished way.

OUR PROCESS
-
Think of it like building a house without a blueprint — everyone's working, but no one's working from the same plan. When a designer is involved from the beginning, there's one person holding the full vision, translating it for every trade, and making sure every decision connects to the one before it. The earlier we're at the table, the fewer costly surprises down the road — and the more the finished space actually reflects what you had in mind from the start.
-
We're your advocate and the central point of contact for everyone involved — architect, contractor, tradespeople. We manage the communication, keep the details organized, and make sure the right decisions are made at the right time so your project stays on track and on vision.
-
That's exactly what our process is designed for. We start by asking a lot of questions and actually listening to the answers — what you love, how you live, what feels like you and what doesn't. From there we build a visual direction that translates all of that into a cohesive design concept. You don't need to walk in with a curated Pinterest board or the right vocabulary. You just need to show up about how you want your home to feel.
-
On Full-Service projects, we charge a flat fee for design, and move to an hourly structure once construction has started. We always give you an estimate on the range of hours so there are no surprises.
